At Eat & Joy Bakers, we are committed to ensuring your orders reach you fresh and on time. Below are the guidelines for our shipping and delivery services.

Delivery Schedule and Timing

  • Standard Delivery Times: Delivery times are specified at the time of ordering and are generally within a 2-hour window. Actual delivery may vary by approximately 30-45 minutes due to factors such as traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
  • We deliver orders up until 10 p.m.
  • Same-Day Delivery: We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before the cut-off time. Please note that the availability of specific flavors may be limited for same-day delivery.
  • Advance Orders: For large or customized orders, we recommend placing your order at least 12 hours in advance to ensure timely processing and delivery.

Delivery Areas and Multiple Addresses

  • Delivery Coverage: We deliver within Hyderabad and select surrounding areas. Please check if your location is within our delivery radius during checkout.
  • Multiple Address Delivery: Each order can be delivered to one address only. For multiple delivery locations, please place separate orders.

Order Confirmation for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD Confirmation: For same-day COD orders, please confirm your order within one hour of placing it (by SMS or call) to help us process it on time. If we do not receive a confirmation, the order may be treated as void or canceled.

Product Representation

Images and Designs: Our cakes are handmade, and designs may vary slightly. While we strive to match the image on our website, there may be a 10% variation in colors, brightness, or design, as each cake is crafted individually by our skilled bakers.

COVID-19 Precautions

Pandemic Adjustments: Deliveries may be subject to local lockdown guidelines and restrictions. We strive to deliver as per your selected time, but delays may occur based on current safety measures.

Shipping Costs and Policies

  • Delivery Charges: Shipping fees may apply based on the order amount and delivery location. The applicable fee will be calculated at checkout.
  • Risk of Loss: Once your order is handed over to the carrier, the title and risk of loss transfer to you, the buyer.
